The Best of Germany (According to Fletcher)

Fletcher decided to kill some time before our transatlantic flight by doing some stair climbing. This particular flight of stairs had 48 steps - and he did it twice.

This is the cafe at Burg Eltz, which apparently is a very lovely and important castle. Someday we'd like go back and see the parts of it that aren't stairs.

A charming cafe at Bernkastel-Kues on the Mosel.

Fletcher completes his first challenge as a young Padawan in the Jedi temple on Coruscant.
Or so his father tells me.

One of the amazing medieval towers in Bacharach on the Rhine - it has stairs!

Fletcher attempts his first spiral staircase in Bacharach.

Just a few steps in the Vetter brewhouse in Heidelberg. Not very satisfying for a boy, but Fletcher made do.
