Christie and I (and our friend Kathleen, not pictured) took the kids on a field trip. The goal was to combine some of the kids' favorite activities into one afternoon, so we decided to take the bus (hooray!) to the capitol (yee-hah!), where they could roam and stair-climb to their hearts' content.

Wiped out. The boys enjoy some banana breadsticks (tastes better than it sounds) while waiting for the bus home.
A post-trip pit stop at El Chilito seemed in order; sippy cups for the toddlers and frozen sangria for the moms.
