Fletcher and I made "banana ghosts" yesterday: bananas, white chocolate and currants, frozen just long enough for the chocolate to set, but the banana to be still kinda mushy.
Fletcher said "Boo!" a lot during the process. A lot.
We had them on the back porch, which is where we enjoy most of our frozen treats. There was one for each of us.
TWO members of the family ate their entire banana ghost. ONE member of the family just ate the chocolate off the outside, and then declared that he/she would "save the rest for tomorrow". I won't name names.
