Halloween '11, Part 2

Fletcher came full circle with his Halloween costume. His first idea was to be a bear, which turned into "bear in a bear suit", which led to a brief flirtation with "bear with butterfly wings"...and the back to "just a bear". So if anyone needs an extra layer of bearsuit or some butterfly wings, drop us a line.

Putting on the ears.

Getting a feel for the headgear. This shirt was supposed to be the "bear" layer of "bear in a bearsuit".It has a belly button on it per Fletcher's demand..er...request.

Running to the full-length mirror to check himself out.

Very pleased with his own reflection - and why not?

"I'm a bear saying 'Rrawr', Mama!"

Walking to the start of the Cherrywood parade.

He was absolutely tickled to learn that we could walk in the street.

Baby K sports a pumpkin suit and hat that I purchased when Fletcher was born. He was never able to wear the hat; it was too small right from the start.

Waiting in Simon's wagon for the trick or treating to begin.

Hanging out with Simon, the firefighter.

After about eight houses, he decided that he'd had enough, and he tried to get into the Hepburn house to chill out for a while...and investigate the contents of his loot bag.
Waiting for trick or treaters on the front porch...we had seven this year, which might be a new record for us.

Happy Halloween!
